This project went through an extensive pre-development phase which included the purchase of the original single-family lot, purchase of an adjoining 20’ strip of land to the West. We then combined those two lots, then splitting the two lots to make the home sites. When complete these two homes will complement each other and provide a home ready to entertain family and friends
